Joining the Regimental Association

Introduction

Membership of the AGC Regimental Association is open to all serving members of the AGC.  Serving members who subscribe under the One Day's Pay Scheme enjoy a range of benefits including financial assistance with Adventurous Training, grants for team building activities and grants for activities that foster esprit de corps.  Grants are also available to provide comforts for those on operational tours.

Regimental Subscriptions are administered under the ‘Payroll Giving Scheme’ and collected monthly from pay accounts and is shown as 'Service Day's Pay Giving'.


Serving Members - How Do I Join?

If you are a serving member of the AGC and wish to join the Regimental Association please follow these steps:

Step 1:  Download the application form below.

Step 2:  Fill in the form and make sure you date and sign it.

Step 3:  Send the form by post to The Secretary, AGC Regimental Association, Gould House, Worthy Down, Winchester, SO21 2RG

The form must NOT be sent anywhere else.

Membership for retired (ex-serving) personnel

All ex serving members of the AGC may join the AGC Regimental Association as a Retired Member or as a Life Member.  Retired Membership costs £5 a year and is payable by Direct Debit on 8th April each year.  Life Membership costs £100 as a one-off payment. 

To apply as a Retired or Life Member please follow these steps:

Step 1:  Download the application form below.

Step 2:  Complete the form with your details including the Gift Aid declaration if you pay UK Income Tax. 

Step 3: Complete the Direct Debit form if you are applying to be a retired member.

Step 3:  Write a cheque for £5 or £100 as appropriate payable to 'AGC Regimental Association'.

Step 4:  Send the application form with the cheque to: The Secretary, AGC Regimental Association, Gould House, Worthy Down, Winchester, SO21 2RG
